Agility motorsports is a joint venture between Tony Mead and Chaz Hill, designed to
meet the needs of an ever hungry brood of Mopar fanatics.
Between us we have over 40 years of experience in automotive design, modification,
fabrication, repair and restoration. Having worked togethter for the last 10 years
we have been looking for a way to combine our talents and do something challenging
and rewarding. We have seen a need for a speed shop that meets the needs of the Mopar
owner who wants to get the most out of their vehicle and unleash the hidden performance
that lurks beneath the over civilized surface of a very capable machine and we want to
help you do it.
There are many retailers who will sell you bolt on parts that may make you car look
cool. If thats your goal we can do that too, but we can also help you turn your
vehicle into a truly individual machine that meets your needs. Whether you want a car for
street/strip, drag racing, club racing, a show car, a cool daily driver or maybe you want
your ride to be a a sleeper, we can help you attain you goal and build the car you really
want.
We are also working on our own line of custom manufactured parts and accesories designed, developed and manufactured by ourselves right here in Arizona. In addition to our own parts we can offer speciality parts, built by TPN Racing, which have been developed for their Dodge Challenger that they run in the Rolex Continetal sports car Challenge Series.

Shipping Policy
There are times and circumstances when a customer would like to purchase a product and have it shipped to somewhere besides the address listed on their credit card statement.
On our order form we request that the billing and shipping address be the same. The reason we do this is for credit card and address verification purposes. We do this to minimize fraud. The credit card company will simply state that the transaction is an exact match when all is good. If the shipping address is NOT listed in your credit card data base with the credit card company, then the response will come back as an "address mismatch". We cannot complete the order with address mismatches. Our customer care representative will telephone you and ask that you either add a secondary shipping address or ship to your billing address as on the credit card.
Returns Policy
No returns without a RMA (return material authorization). 25% restocking fee applies. A 10% cancellation fee applies to ANY canceled order. For custom projects where a deposit is required, we reserve the right to consider the project abandoned and retain said deposit if no communication is conducted within a 90 day period. Waivers on all fee's can be reviewed on an individual basis.
Backorders
Our goal is to always provide product and merchandise to you as soon as possible. Any items out of stock will be shipped to you immediately upon receiving it from the manufacturer. Special order items please allow extra delivery time, to prevent unnecessary delays please call in advance to verify if products are in stock.

All damages must be reported within 24 hrs of receiving shipment to our Customer Service Department
